Term & Conditions

1.1. These Terms & Conditions govern the services provided by Royal Strikers Cricket Academy, a cricket coaching academy, and apply to all students, clients, and participants "Client(s)" or "Student(s)" enrolled in the Academy’s programs and activities.
2.2. The Academy reserves the right to accept or reject any application for enrollment based on its criteria, availability, and at its sole discretion.

2.1. All Clients must complete a registration process, which may include providing personal information and agreeing to the Academy's terms and conditions before attending any coaching sessions.
2.2. By enrolling in any of the Academy's coaching programs or services, Clients agree to abide by the following terms and conditions.
2.3. Clients must provide accurate, up-to-date information. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of services.
2.4. Any minor (under 18 years of age) enrolling in the Academy must have written consent from a parent or guardian.

3.1. The Academy offers various coaching programs, including but not limited to individual sessions, group coaching, and camps. The details of each program, including pricing, duration, and schedule, will be outlined at the time of enrollment.
3.2. The Academy reserves the right to modify, alter, or cancel any coaching program or session at any time due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, Clients will be notified promptly, and any affected fees will be refunded or adjusted accordingly.

4.1. All fees for coaching programs must be paid in advance unless otherwise specified. Payment can be made through the methods accepted by the Academy, such as bank transfer, credit card, or cash.
4.2. Fees are non-refundable unless the Academy cancels a session or program. In case of illness or emergency, a credit or refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
4.3. Any delay in payment may result in the suspension or termination of services until the balance is paid in full.

5.1. Clients must attend coaching sessions as per the schedule agreed upon during registration. The Academy is not responsible for missed sessions due to personal reasons or unforeseen circumstances.
5.2. Cancellations or rescheduling of coaching sessions must be made at least 24 hrs in advance. Failure to do so may result in a session being forfeited, with no refund or rescheduling offered.
5.3. In case of any cancellations by the Academy, Clients will be given the opportunity to reschedule or receive a full refund for the affected session.

6.1. All Clients must maintain a high standard of discipline and respect while attending coaching sessions, both on and off the field. The Academy promotes a positive learning environment for all participants.
6.2. Any behavior deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or unsafe (such as bullying, abuse, or misconduct) may result in the immediate suspension or termination of the Client’s participation in the coaching program without refund.
6.3. The Academy reserves the right to remove any individual who fails to comply with the Academy's Code of Conduct or Terms & Conditions.

7.1. While the Academy prioritizes safety, the Client participates in coaching sessions at their own risk. The Academy is not liable for any injury, damage, or loss that occurs during coaching sessions, training, or events.
7.2. Clients are advised to have adequate insurance coverage for injuries and accidents. The Academy is not responsible for the provision of health or injury insurance.
7.3. It is the responsibility of the Client to inform the Academy about any existing medical conditions, physical limitations, or other health-related concerns before starting the coaching program.
7.4. The Academy takes all reasonable precautions to ensure a safe environment, including the maintenance of equipment, facilities, and appropriate supervision.

8.1. The Academy may collect and process personal information such as name, contact details, and medical history for registration, communication, and safety purposes.
8.2. Clients consent to the Academy using their personal data for administrative purposes, marketing communications, and internal records.
8.3. The Academy will not share personal data with third parties without prior consent.

9.1. All materials provided during coaching sessions (e.g., manuals, videos, drills, logos) are the intellectual property of the Academy and are protected by copyright laws.
9.2. Clients are not permitted to reproduce, distribute, or use any of the Academy’s materials for commercial purposes without written consent from the Academy.

10.1. The Academy may take photographs or videos during coaching sessions, events, or camps. These may be used for promotional purposes, including but not limited to the Academy’s website, social media, and marketing materials.
10.2. Clients may opt out of having their photos or videos used by informing the Academy in writing prior to any such activities.

11.1. Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. In the event of termination by the Client, the Academy’s refund and cancellation policy applies.
11.2. The Academy reserves the right to terminate a Client’s participation if the Client fails to comply with the Terms & Conditions or engages in any inappropriate or disruptive behavior.

12.1. The Academy is not responsible for delays or failures in performance caused by events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government regulations, pandemics, strikes, or any other unforeseen circumstances.

13.1. The Academy reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to Clients in advance, and continued participation in the Academy’s programs will constitute acceptance of the updated terms.
